Wearing: UNIF Kickflip Dress | American Apparel Crop Denim Vest in Medium Stone-Washed Indigo | American Apparel Solid Calf-High Sock in Truffle (c/o) | Miista May boots in black | Aldo Faux Fur bagThis is probably one of my favorite outfits to date! I’m completely in love with this UNIF dress….the plaid is to die for. It’s made of flannel so it’s actually a tad warm, which was to my surprise. There are also little cut-outs everywhere, but I sacrificed them for the vest. It had to happen.
I’m also wearing my new Miista boots which I bought back when I was in Rhode Island. They’re the exact answer to my Chelsea boot dreams. It was to my surprised that there was a pebble leather-wrapped heel. Such a great detail.
I chose this outfit with a friend’s surprise party in mind for the evening, but also wore it to see a couple of my best friends earlier in the afternoon. It transitioned pretty well from day to night on it’s own.
Can I also just mention how I’m so into The Cranberries these days? I started listening to them about a year and a half ago and I don’t know why I wasn’t familiar with them when I was like, age 5. I hate myself.

The Cranberries are so ridiculously fantastic. As soon as I read your blog title the song started playing in my head. Better late than never to find great song writers I say.
Very true!
So pretty. i love mixing denim and plaid. <3
Thank you! I wish I had more plaid so I can do it more often. Such a great combo.
